Forrester was a 50-year member of the Olive Branch Marion Lodge #297 F&AM, and Scottish Rite, having been raised in 1971.Īs a life-long member of the Jasper First Baptist Church, Forrester served as Treasurer and Deacon Emeritus.įorrester was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Maudie Rogers, and his brothers, John Ed Rogers and Joe Billy Rogers. After leaving public accounting, Forrester worked in the accounting department of Gentry Chevrolet until he retired in 2020.Īs a young man, he was a member of the Greater Jasper Jaycees and Jasper Volunteer Fire Department.

Upon graduation from Middle Tennessee State University in 1967, he began his long and distinguished career of 47 years as a CPA and partner at Thompson, Rogers, and Williams. Forrester Webb Rogers, 75, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 14, 2021, at his home in Jasper, Tennessee.
